community connections
recognizing amazing work in our youth!

we are not just a collective of clinicians:  we are a community of therapists dedicated to healing not only individuals, but also the communities where we live and work. we believe that inner healing and collective flourishing go hand in hand, and that care offered in community creates meaningful ripple effects beyond the therapy room.

this quarter, we are honored to recognize van go, inc. for the impactful work they are doing in our region. van go empowers young people through paid employment, creative expression, life skills, and community engagement. using art as a pathway for connection, confidence, and growth, they support youth in imagining and building a more hopeful future.

mind & body healing collective is grateful to support this work and is donating $500 this quarter to help further van go’s mission. to learn more about their programs and impact, please visit https://www.van-go.org/.

we are so very glad you found us.

we are living in a time of constant movement and pressure. many people are carrying more than ever—emotionally, mentally, and relationally—without much space to pause, process, or integrate their experiences. even when life looks “fine” on the outside, something inside may feel unsettled or disconnected.

in response, more people are turning toward deeper inner work—not just to manage symptoms, but to regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and build resilience in a complex world. this work is essential not because something is wrong, but because modern life rarely allows room for reflection or embodiment.

at mind & body healing collective, we offer intentional spaces for care, integration, and meaningful change. our work supports people navigating stress, transitions, and emotional overwhelm through professional, integrative, and experiential approaches.

"Life is alchemy, and emotions are the fire that turns me to gold. I will continue to become only if I resist extinguishing myself a million times a day. If I can sit in the fire of my own feelings, I will keep becoming." - Glennon Doyle

seeking support is a gift of self care to self and others

seeking support is an intentional act of care—for yourself and for those around you. choosing to pause, reflect, and tend to what is happening within is a meaningful step toward living with greater clarity and alignment.

many people arrive feeling curious, tired, or ready for change. they may sense patterns that no longer serve them, or feel drawn to understand themselves more honestly and live more authentically. these questions matter, and they deserve thoughtful attention.

we are here to walk with you through this process. our clinicians are skilled, compassionate, and deeply present, offering professional care that honors your pace and supports real healing and insight.
